BLACK RECRUITERS NETWORK Association (BRN) formed for the primary purpose of providing mentoring and training support to Black Staffing and Human Resource Professionals in Silicon Valley.

Today, BRN Association is a Non-Profit Organization that provides critical training to all Professionals who impact hiring decisions. Whether HR, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, our goal is to make sure professionals that influence hiring decisions have the tools, and resources needed to increase their ability to provide access to career opportunities for Black Professionals Globally.

In today's knowledge-based economy, being equipped with the right tools to compete in a dynamic market can make or break a successful career. Successful careers start with exposure to the right accessories or resources, and tools, that get you to your desired destiny.

BRN knows understands that we all lead busy lives, so keeping ahead of the game can be over-whelming—and the idea of keeping up with the latest tools to maintain a healthy career can seem impossible. Information drives decisions so when the latest and most current information is not available, you may be making business decisions in a vacuum that are not in your long-range best interest.

Without adequate tools, you end up working harder, and in most cases winning becomes impossible. Today's business climate, no longer allows us the luxury of relying on academic and business skills alone to maintain a thriving career, or get us to the next level.
